Today 13th September 2021, our blog reader Mohammad got a response from Ringid customer care helpline after waiting a month. Mohammad had few queries to Ringid, and no one replied him back from Ringid.
Ringid is a mobile application platform founded by Ayrin Islam in Ontaro Canada. Ayrin is a successful entrepreneur and CEO. Ringid first launched in 2015, and today Ringid have more than 3 million customers globally.
Ring id customers support services was very irregular and no one reply on time and they have no helpline number unless app chat options. We tried to reach Ringid CEO but failed repeatedly. We have sent a message to CEO, But we didn’t get any response.
Finally, one of our respected blog reader informed us today that Ringid have a reply about business and earnings. He is regular ringid customers and he had two gold membership with ringid to work online. Mohammad invested total 44000 BDT to buy two Gold membership for his two jobless brother thru an Agent and start work online. After 10 days of work, when his brothers tried to withdrawal earned money thru Agent, they were failed to connect with Agent and finally Agent denied to take the responsibilities to withdrawal money. Then Mohammad tried to reach company owner and sent messages to them, but no response from others side.
At the end, Mohammad had a response from Ringid business and earning helpline with a message that Ringid take 10 working days to disburse money into Nagad/Bkash/Rocket.
